Main feature
1. 2 way common relay output (fault alarm, first level, second level alarm), 8 way programmable relay output;

Main function
Alarm function
The controller will give an audible and visual alarm when the following conditions occur:
1. When the measured gas concentration exceeds the set level 1 (A1 low report) alarm value or the second level (A2 high report) alarm value, the buzzer will emit continuous beep, the concentration alarm indicator will be on, and the common relay will draw. Combined
2. When the controller is connected to the gas detector circuit, such as: no signal output, transmission line drop, transmission line short circuit, gas detector signal output is out of the measurement range, the buzzer will emit continuous beep, and the fault alarm The indicator light is on and the public relay is connected;
3. When the main power is cut off, the buzzer will emit a short beep when the controller is powered by the backup power. When the backup voltage is insufficient, the buzzer will sound continuously.
Self-test function
When the power is turned on, the controller automatically checks the function of the indicator light and buzzer on the panel. The instrument self-test menu also performs a function self-test on the status indicator, buzzer and relay.
Data logging function
The historical data record and the real-time curve can be directly queried through the menu, and the data save interval can be customized. When the gas concentration of a channel exceeds the set alarm value, the alarm channel number, alarm concentration value and alarm time are automatically recorded.
Parameter setting function
The operating parameters of the controller can be viewed and modified at any time, including current date/time, measurement range, resolution, alarm values at all levels, channel shielding, installation location, and more.
Main and backup automatic switching function
When the main power of the controller is powered off, it can automatically switch to the standby power supply; when the main power is restored, it can automatically switch to the main power supply; the working status of the main and standby power supplies are indicated by indicators. When the main power supply is working, the backup power supply can be charged at the same time, and the standby power is automatically turned into a floating state after the backup power is full.
Alarm output control function
The controller has 2 common alarm output relays and 8 programmable alarm output relays. Control equipment for fire fighting equipment, ventilation equipment, alarm equipment, or other purposes. .
Current calibration function
The controller can calibrate the input 4mA, 12mA, 20mA current signal to ensure timely synchronization of the signal.
Communication function
The controller has three RS-485 interfaces and one Ethernet port, which can easily transfer data to other control devices, computers, and so on. The default address of the controller is: 5, and the baud rate is 9600.
